My Work
My interest in Chiropractic first grew thanks to the team here at Advanced Chiropractic many years ago. After receiving treatment and experiencing the positive change chiropractic care can have myself, I was inspired to have a similar impact on others and help them return to their best. Being able to work with so many different people and help in so many ways make my job a pleasure.
Interests
I am a very active person who loves sports. You’ll often find me on a tennis court, out running or in the gym, or just out for a relaxing walk in the sun or by the sea. I have a particular interest in helping those suffering with neck and back pain, headaches, and sports injuries; and enjoy educating people about their health on topics such as exercise and nutrition. I live locally to the clinics and grew up in the area.
Development
I obtained my Master’s degree in Chiropractic from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. Since then, I have become a member of the Royal College of Chiropractors, the British Chiropractic Association and the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic. One of the most important things to me is keeping up to date with current research and advancing my practice by learning new skills to provide the best care. Having completed further training in sports chiropractic, I love assessing and treating athletes, leading me to work
with both local sports teams and in professional football, rugby and athletics.
