BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, MSc Chiropractic
Senior Chiropractor & Physiotherapist Chelmsford
My Work
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy as well as degrees in Education and Sports Science, and I graduated with distinction in Master’s of Chiropractic. I was honored to receive the Research Prize from the Royal College of Chiropractors for my investigation into the effects of chiropractic adjustments on the sensorimotor function of the hand. During my studies and research, I developed a keen interest in evidence-based chiropractic care, focusing on the biomechanical and neurophysiological effects of chiropractic adjustments.
My ongoing objective is to provide patients with evidence-based clinical care and wellness expertise, supporting them in pain relief, injury recovery, and overall health improvement. I am committed to educating, supporting, and encouraging patients to lead healthier and happier lives. To ensure I deliver the most effective and up-to-date care, I regularly participate in national and international conferences to stay current with the latest developments in the fields.
Through my combined expertise in chiropractic and physiotherapy, along with continuous practice, I take a patient-centered approach to injury prevention, healthcare, and overall well-being. The unique skill set enables me to tailor treatments that meet each individual’s needs, ensuring optimal recovery and performance.
Interests
I am originally from Northern Europe and have always had a passion for outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming and cross-country skiing. When I’m not in the clinic providing chiropractic and physiotherapy care, you’ll likely find me and my wife road tripping and exploring different parts of the country. Recently, I’ve taken up new interests, including cooking, playing chess, and learning Norwegian.
