I have been getting treatment at Advanced Chiropractic for the last two years. I initially went for an injury and because it was so effective I carried on going back for maintenance. Lauren is super friendly with a great sense of humour. She is impressively knowledgeable and she always knows what to do. It’s fascinating how she instantly knows where the pain / stiffness is before I do! She adjusted me throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum too. I highly recommend.

I am lucky enough to have experienced a very high level of care at Advanced Chiropractic clinics for the last few years Treatments range from lymphatic massage and drainage to therapeutic and sports massage and chiropractic. There is a whole body and wellbeing ethos that is common to all of the health professionals I have seen, and a continuity of care between everyone who has treated me. I am never asked 'which part of you is here to see me' - we always work it out together based on focussed and targeted conversations - sometimes it is a full MOT with movement and breathing techniques, sometimes if something is niggling we target that - it is such a supportive and collaborate experience and I am in awe of the depth of knowledge and quality of care I receive. Huge kudos to Jane and Lauren specifically!!

During lockdown I went running everyday but this caused an issue with my knee The pain became a major problem for me I tried a couple of physiotherapists with no success. I then saw an advert on line for Advanced Chiropractor in Chelmsford Initially Joel treated me and gave me a number of exercises. Joel left and Dr Jessica took over Jess diagnosed a twisted knee and treated it accordingly After a year of not being able to walk or run at all ,the pain has now gone ,I can now walk and run Thank you so much Dr Jessica,you have given me my lifestyle back and I can't thank you enough

After a year of wasting my time with 2 Chelmsford Physio’s, 2 Chelmsford Osteopaths, a London Back Specialist and a course of horrendous painkillers I quite literally stumbled across Advanced Chiropractic one day on a walk. I was booked in with Jess. I hobbled into her room in absolute agony, about a week away from asking for injections for chronic sciatic pain, and she asks me to turn my back for her to look at me and says ‘you’re twisted. Your pelvis is twisted’ and that was it! She sprouted her Angel wings and within 4 treatments the pain had already eased off and I’d come off the pain meds. I am now 5 months into treatment with her and I whole heartedly DO NOT KNOW what I would’ve done without Jess and her knowledge and care for me and my discs. I really don’t. I also can’t believe how quickly she could see what was wrong and able to help me after all that time spent seeing those other so called ‘specialists’. Because of Jess I can now walk properly, drive, work, sit down, sleep through the night, pick up my cat!!! The list goes on! She is truly one in a million and has made a huge impact on my life. I won’t ever forget what she has done for me. The whole team there are just wonderful too! Shout out to the epic Reception Team, Lora and Spider Girl especially for making me always smile!

I have been a patient at Advanced Chiropractic for a number of years. I have seen both Sorcha and Lauren for chiropractic treatment and Jane for massage. The range of specialisms at the practice is really varied. I can honestly say that when I walk into an appointment now, I have complete faith that when I walk out the door I will be in a much better position. I initially sought help with a long term planter fasciitis issue, and now have regular adjustments to my pelvis and back to manage this and keep everything in check. I have also had migraines all my life, and Lauren and Jane work to keep them at bay and when I do suffer with one, ensure that all lingering tensions are dealt with. My son has also seen Lauren for couple of sports related injuries and subsequent treatment. She is so personable and friendly, she immediately put him at ease, chatting and laughing with him during the treatment. He too, feels comfortable and relaxed during treatment, and she has quickly got him adjusted and back to playing his sports. All the staff at the practice are friendly and warm, they are extremely accommodating when life gets in the way and you need to change appointments. 100% recommend

I slipped on the stairs landing hard on my bottom & hitting my back on the edge of the step above me. I booked a gentle soothing massage with Kevin. He knew exactly what damage I had done & what to work on. One hour of gentle treatment leaving me feeling eased. Another session booked for next week.
