Advanced Chiropractic has a fantastic opportunity for the right Chiropractors to take over a thriving patient base from a senior chiropractor, with a thorough handover period and long term practitioner growth.
We are a growth orientated team, with weekly training, team meetings and full-time support from the clinic directors. If you want to join a large and thriving team intent on setting the new standard for patient care in the UK, this role is for you.
About the Practice:
Advanced Chiropractic was established in 2014 and has successfully grown to open 2 further clinics in the Essex area. We have positions available in both our Chelmsford and Maldon clinics, working alongside a team of 11 chiropractors, 4 massage therapists, sports therapists, private GPs and our multi-award winning front of house team. The position is full time, with flexible weekly working hours that foster a proper work-life balance. We even work alternate Saturdays to help achieve the ultimate in balance between busy lists and an actual social life!
Director and clinical lead Dave has now stepped back from seeing patients and works full time supporting, training and mentoring the team, growing the business and promoting the chiropractic profession. Daily meetings with the clinical lead during the onboarding process, then weekly meets to help settle in. Weekly Chiropractic training sessions and case wrap ups with the full team to expand our knowledge and skill set. Company-wide quarterly training days and personal growth strategy sessions.

About the Position:
This is a self-employed position, with a competitive percentage based pay. A retainer is offered for the first 4 months but is rarely needed as we work hard to make sure your list is as busy as you want it to be. We currently practice a range of techniques including: Diversified, SOT, Activator, ART, Dry Needling
and Graston. However, we are open to all chiropractors using their own techniques as long as it
benefits the patient.
